PURCHASE POLICY

Events/Telecourses/Webinars/Live On Demand Courses

Due to administrative costs, salaries, coordination activities, materials printed, materials acquisitions, hotel contracts (live events) and all other business expenses incurred for a public event/telecourse/webinar/live on demand & personal coachings, all registration fees are a non-refundable purchase. All event dates are subject to change due to logistical factors and attendance rate.  If you are on a payment plan, the financial obligation for the tuition is incurred at the time of registration. All fees for the program are non-refundable. If you withdraw from the program, all monies outstanding shall be due and remitted to the company upon notice.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Agency 8 to change the content and timing of sessions, the date,  or instructor/coach.

Failure to attend a registered event (this includes both live events, webinars and coaching sessions)  will result in the forfeiture of payments collected toward the event registration.  No refund or transfer will be issued.

Personal Coaching

All registration fees are a non-refundable purchase.   Coaching sessions must be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Agency 8 to change the content and timing of sessions, the date,  or instructor/coach.

SPECIAL SALES AND OFFERS:  Please see specific terms per coaching offer  as they may vary from the terms/conditions set forth above.  IE.   Coaching offers for Sweetheart of a Deal offers – coaching is valid for 90 days after purchase only.

Event Accommodations

All LIVE event pricing includes event tuition only unless specified. All food, travel and accommodation costs (if applicable) are not included in the event price unless specifically stated in writing by The Agency 8. Applicable travel and lodging costs are the sole responsibility of course participants.

CS Systems, Digital Products, Books, Clothing, Coaching Programs and Memberships

Any Agency 8 media, print, clothing products (e.g. CDs, books,digital products, learning systems, etc.) or coaching packages are non-refundable purchases.

Damaged durable products must be reported within 10 days of receipt or no replacement will be issued. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. No outdated or used products will be accepted as a return. Please note that we only accept returns for product purchased through our company , The Agency 8 (a copy of your bill of sale must accompany the return to receive replacement).

All clothing and other durable goods are a non-refundable purchase.

For our international customers, shipping charges do not include any potential tariffs, duties, custom or other fees or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the product is being imported.

Monthly Memberships:PLUS THIS/Marketing Expert Academy: A monthly membership maybe cancelled with a request via Diana Frerick at least 15 days before next payment date.

All accounts  are set up on a prepaid basis. COMPANY must receive payment before any billable product or service is provided and/or activated.  All fees are a non-refundable purchase.

You are required to keep a valid credit/debit card on file to charge for any recurring subscription fees.

Yearly Memberships:PLUS THIS/Marketing Expert Academy: the amount due is an annual fee, and will not be treated as a monthly subscription.  All fees are non-refundable.  The financial obligation for the full tuition is incurred at the time of registration. All fees for the program are non-refundable. If you withdraw from the program, all monies outstanding shall be due and remitted to the company upon notice.

All subscriptions: Your subscription is NOT based on how much you use (or do not use) the Service and/or Software, but instead is based on availability of products and services.

KEAP: Keap is a cloud-based platform. You will need a PC or Mac computer to access the primary features of the software. Accessing the primary features and Keap Phone via an android device is NOT supported via an app. At this time there is only an IPhone app. However, Both Iphone and Android can access software via a browser. Keap is designed to run on the Chrome or Firefox browsers. In addition, you will be required to purchase your own domain with a professional email address for that domain to use with the platform. Domains generally run about $10 a year. Professional emails can run around $1.99 -$5.99 per month. If you are unsure about how to set up a professional email, we will provide you some information on setting that up along with all your orientation information. You can cancel at any time (within 30 days or more of your next billing cycle via Diana Frerick), but we know you won’t want to cancel, which is why there is no need to lock you into any long term contracts! In addition, you need a positive winning attitude, willingness to learn and the time to invest in setting the system up. All accounts are set up on a prepaid basis.
